ISLAMABAD: Lt Gen (r) Hamid Gul, former director general of the Inter-Services Intelligence, said on Wednesday that he would table a resolution at a meeting of retired military officials in Rawalpindi to ask them to take part in the ongoing struggle against President Pervez Musharraf. The meeting will be held on March 24, Gul told reporters in front of the Supreme Court. He claimed that 2.2 million retired military officials would start protests against President Musharraf’s decision to suspend the chief justice once the resolution is passed. He said the government had made a “big mistake” by suspending Mr Chaudhry. mohammad imran
